Refund & Cancellation Policy

Here's exactly how billing, cancellation and refunds work on Fresheyes. This policy is operated by Coasters Idea Labs LLP, doing business as Fresheyes.
1. Payments are non-refundable
All payments for Fresheyes Pro, whether India subscriptions (INR, via Razorpay) or international subscriptions (via Dodo Payments), are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Please use the free plan (3 reviews) to try Fresheyes before you upgrade.
2. Cancel anytime, no lock-in
Cancel from your account settings on app.fresheyes.pro whenever you like. Cancelling stops all future renewals, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for. Partial periods are not pro-rated or refunded.
3. International payments (Dodo Payments)
Outside India, Fresheyes Pro is sold through Dodo Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record. Dodo is the seller of record, issues your invoice and handles applicable taxes (VAT, GST or sales tax). International Pro renews automatically until you cancel. Refund requests for international purchases are handled together with Dodo Payments under this policy.
4. What you keep, always
Cancelling, or letting a plan lapse, never deletes your work. Your reviews and conversations stay viewable and shareable. You return to the free plan (3 reviews in total), and paid integrations pause until you subscribe again.
5. Failed or duplicate charges
If you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after you confirmed a cancellation, email hello@fresheyes.pro with the payment details. If there was a genuine billing error, we'll reverse it through the original payment provider (Razorpay in India, Dodo Payments internationally), usually within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take longer to show the refund.
6. How to cancel
Open app.fresheyes.pro → Settings → Plan & Billing → Cancel. Pro stays active until the end of your paid period. Subscriptions can't be bought or cancelled in the Fresheyes iOS app.
