7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Pro and Enterprise paid plans. If you're not satisfied with freshice for any reason within 7 days of your first payment, you can request a full refund with no questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first billing cycle only.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at sunit@designsingh.in with your account email and subscription details. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, log into your freshice account, navigate to Settings > Billing, and select “Cancel Subscription.” Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access until that date.

No Refunds After 7 Days

After the 7-day money-back guarantee period, no refunds are issued for paid subscription time. However, you can cancel your subscription to stop future charges. Partial month refunds are not available except as part of the 7-day guarantee.

Exceptional Cases

If there was a billing error, duplicate charge, or unauthorized subscription, contact us immediately at sunit@designsingh.in. We will investigate and issue a refund if an error is confirmed.

Free Plan

freshice Free is provided at no cost and has no refund or cancellation policy. You can stop using it at any time. Your account will be retained for 90 days after inactivity.
